Three kits carbs cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner

All in no 1 carb mm looks nice.

all the old bits wow there are lots.

The Rebuild Day 8 Tanking

A bit of paint,,,,,,

Nice dents.













Mix up some filler.











Knife putty.












Spray filler several coats.

Rear fender.

 Stripped.

Spray filler.

Looking great the first coat, time for some wet sanding.

Ready for top coat.

The Rebuild Day 7 Birthday chrome

Had my chrome back today yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Old nasty tired switch gear.













v tired.

All dismantled ready for ultrasonic cleaning.




Remove the leki bits

Good old Nitro Mors doing its job.

The sleeve is v brittle so of to the tinter web.

A little bake to help the paint go off.

Nice new sleeve makes a it look like NOS.

The Rebuild Day 5

New Ignition fitted.

Intake Next.

Gasket then Heat insulator then another gasket.

 All three fitted.

Clocks and bars fitted my refresh of the clocks look OK.

Battery earth, regulator, Rectifier and engine earth all fitted to the earthing point.

After turning on the ignition for the first time the neutral light popped on great. also turning the crank I had a great shock from the centre plug lead which is good news, I think.

The Rebuild day 4

Engine back from full re fit.

Lets not damage the new powder coat frame when fitting the engine.

Nearly there.

Engine in and tightened up.

New handle bars and clock pod supports fitted.

Looking  better each day.
